Shipping policy.

We ship worldwide. All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). If your country is not selectable at checkout, email support@mulgraveheat.shopand we'll do our best to arrange delivery.

Free standard shipping on orders over $70 USD. Below that, a flat $9 USD shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout.

Any express options and their cost are shown at checkout where available.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States & UK: 4–8 business days
• Europe, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Estimates are guidance, not guarantees, and can vary in busy periods.

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.

Once your order ships, we email a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, contact support@mulgraveheat.shopwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate, replace or refund as appropriate.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll help where we can.
